Ergonomic advice educating and correcting:
1.
Identify problems with your workstation, computer appliances and seating.
2.
Lifting technique:
People are often told to bend from their knees when lifting an object from a low surface. However, many of us are doing the technique wrong due to inflexibility, lack of strength, or pain in the lower limbs. At the clinic we identify the areas of weakness and educate you on how to lift correctly.
3.
Posture
We have all heard or been told to “sit up straight and tall” to improve your posture. But is that enough? At Brunswick Hill Clinic, we go one step further to improve your posture by devising an individualised program to address this likely factor causing chronic musculo-skeletal problems.
